   1918 BECAUSE IT GIVES A LOT INFO ABOUT HIS FAMILY!

   Well I found all of them really intresting but my favourate would be 1978 because its set in a greek backround, they celebrate Greek Easter like me and I liked Mike’s map of house. Thanks Mr Hone for a fantastic book!!!

   1988 because it has morden technolgy and you don’t have to do boring stuff.

   i like 1918 because the war has finished and they can go back home to there familys.

   I like 1838 the best beacuse the map the kid hads drawn had a key of whats what and the horse in the picture is reaally cute and it reminds me of the horse I rode.Also I really like the countryside and what the kid wrote was detailed.

   I like 1908 because it is peacful and life is simple. And it is not to far from the present (just 100 years)

   1828
   The land was quiet and peacful,no cars
   always driving around. And Alice looked
   happy living in a nice farm. Also having
   happy and enjoyable parties.
