She could get some of her followers to dig under where ever she is and build a hole going from the bedroom to a place far away so no one can find her and track her down.

Mary could fight her way out, having prearranged a horse to be near the door, with her chair, whacking all people in sight, and when she gets to the door, she leaps onto the horse and rides away.

She could find a map under a loose floor stone after folly sniffs it out, hold a meeting and find out that there is a secret passage to the store room. She gets all the needed items and goes down it with her followers, take the supplies to the stable silently and ride away and send a letter to the other countries and gets the throne of Scotland back. When the armies from the other countries come attack England and throw Elizabeth out of the throne and sit in it and be Queen again.

The Queen could write a letter and it will say that she was free. Then she’ll send it back to herself.
