Homework for The Dog Who Loved a Queen.

- Black Hat - What difficulties do you anticipate the characters may face in the future?
- White Hat - After your reading so far what can you tell us about the characters and the setting?

Black- The Queen may die before the dog, leaving the dog heartbroken
The dog may be separated from his queen
The dog might die
White- The Queen has some followers
The Queen has been moved to a different castle
The dog has one sister who died on the trip to England, and one brother in Scotland
Yellow- The Queen gets to plot her way out
The Queen’s followers may try to bust her out

Black- The Queens followers may try to bust her out, and fail
As Simon said, The Queen/dog may die, or they may be separated
People in the castle may turn against the queen and riot
The queen may get a new dog
White- Folly had a sister that died and a brother in Scotland
The queen is imprisoned in a castle in England
The Queen has some followers
Folly loves the queen (as everyone aready Knows)
Yellow- She has servants (how awsome is that!!!)
she still has the Power to the castle not like other people that get nothing
She has followers outside the castle, so they can bust her out.

Yellow-
She can rule people
She doesn’t have to do anything (the servants, maids and cooks can do it all)
All she has to do is sit, attend special events and basically nothing else! (Apart from rule people)
She can get as many pets (in this case dogs) as she wants without anyone one telling her not to
She can eat as much as she wants
She can do whatever she wants (most of the time)
Black-
Maybe someone comes to the castle with a bomb and blows the castle up (only joking mr. H (plus I’m not sure if bombs are invented at that time))
Yeh, someone might die as zak and simon thought (I’m not copying, I just thought it was a good idea)
Mary might get all stupid and make up crazy rules so the servants quit and get jobs as poor rice farmers (I don’t know how I came up with that)
The castle might blow up again (just an idea)
White-
A dog comes to the castle as the queen wants another dog and the queen named him folly
Follys sister died on the way there
Folly is small and black and fluffy
Folly gets used to the castle and learns how to live there
Folly hardly saw the queen but wanted to
the queen has followers

Black- Folly may get lost or killed by a horde of rats.
Mary may be taken away to a new castle where dogs including Folly can’t go.
As Simon, Zak and Claudia said Mary/Folly could die before the other.
White- So far Folly and Lally are taken to the castle because the queen wanted two more dogs. Lally died on the trip so Folly went to the Queen on his own. While Folly is with the Queen he is taught manners and fed regularly. He soon becomes the Queens favourite dog and is able to sleep, eat and go wherever Mary goes.
Mary is in Prison but has loads of servants. Mary is trying to make a plan to escape
Yellow- The Queen gets whatever she wants.
Mary doesn’t have to work and is fed well.
Mary has 3 dogs.
Mary can do what she feels like. ( Except leave the castle)
Mary has followers that do all her work.
